These Sundays of Advent we are intentionally getting our hearts ready to celebrate the birth of our Savior with a sermon series Brought to the Light. We’re seeking a meaningful season of Advent. Our holiday celebrations can sometimes reduce the season to sentimental clichés, but Advent seeks the Light of the world that shows up in the midst of darkness. Advent is for those of us who know how deeply we need the hope, peace, joy, and love of Christ.
