Kids Check In

At Harvest Chapel, our children are essential. Our children’s program encompasses birth all the way up to 5th grade. Each Sunday, kids dive deep into God’s story in a fun and energetic environment as they are cared for by our dedicated and loving Children's Ministry team.

Because safety is a top priority in Children's Ministry we screen and run background checks on all Children's volunteers. Furthermore, we have a formal check-in process to keep children safe and to give parents comfort and confidence when their children are left in our care. Every Sunday, as children arrive, your first stop will to the children's check-in station in the lower lobby. If you are new to Harvest Chapel, our Children's Hospitality staff will assist you in signing up. It's quick and easy, and our team will be happy to assist you. The first time you register your child, please inform our staff of any allergies, health concerns, restrictions or limitations of your child. Note: Snack are sometimes provided.

Plan to arrive about 10 minutes prior to the start of service so you have time to check your children in before dropping them off at their classrooms.
  • Once your family has been registered, simply type your child's name into the tablet and a two part ticket will be printed for you.
  • Put the printed name tag, which includes a unique family number, on your child.
  • Wear the matching parent tag.
  • If you are needed in your child’s room, your unique family number will flash on a small screen in the Worship Center (to the right of the platform).
  • After the worship service, you will return to your child’s room and present your parent tag in order for your child to be released into your care.
